About the founder
E. Shea Harden, MBA, CSA®
E. Shea Harden brings deep experience and heartfelt dedication to the field of senior care consulting. With a background in finance, healthcare advocacy, and senior living management, Ms. Harden has spent years supporting aging adults and families facing significant life transitions — including those impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and Parkinson’s Disease.
Her expertise covers areas such as financial well-being, budgeting, insurance management, trust administration, healthcare coordination, ethical will creation, and long-term care planning.
Before founding Elder Edge Consulting, Ms. Harden worked in finance, operations, and strategy for several Fortune 100 companies — including GE Medical Systems and AT&T — as well as startups in Silicon Valley.
She holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University, and she is both a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®) and a Certified Administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly.
